Release of Most Negotiated Terms Report 2022
November 15, 2022
20 years of negotiation - it's time to do things differently
While the world around us changes, there has been one constant - the terms we most frequently negotiate. Will this year be different?
WorldCC started its research into the Most Negotiated Terms 20 years ago, and during that time we've witnessed dramatic change both in the geopolitical environment in which we live and the technology that supports the way we do business. Yet until now, these changes seem to have done nothing to more than result in a ‘bunkering down’ on traditional thinking about risk. The chaos of recent times has shown us that ‘preventism’ is not the answer – and things can be done differently, to the benefit of business and society.
Join us for the release of our 2022 MNT findings as we explore:
- Why is the traditional list of MNT unhealthy; what harm does it do and what benefit does it prevent?
- Why is it happening? The desire and pressure are apparently there to operate differently, so what are the barriers?
- How can those barriers be overcome? We’ll show real life examples how ‘different’ is possible in the long and short-term.
