Adrian Furner has 30+ years' experience in the design, implementation, and delivery of commercial transactions using a wide portfolio of models from the simple traditional models though to new and novel business models. He has worked in a variety of sectors including defence and security, aviation, technology, infrastructure, banking and financial services, creative industries, public sector, and natural resources.

As an experienced practitioner Adrian is focused on 'Commercial Excellence', supporting organizations in developing and leveraging their 'commercial acumen' to gain better business outcomes. This includes: raising their commercial awareness; designing and implementing innovation models; and deploying relational contracting to enhance business performance.

Adrian held a number of VP/Director level commercial, procurement, and operations roles within FTSE30 organisations, giving him significant cross-border international experience ranging from complex capital intensive projects, thought to lower complexity operational opportunities. This includes: multi-billion £, long term Private Finance Initiative (PFI) bids; joint venture creation and management; outsourced training management; portfolio management; asset financing; civil aircraft sale, leasing and broking; M&As; technology innovation investment; and fully financed naval ship reactivations.

Adrian is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), and an Honorary Fellow of World Commerce & Contracting (formerly IACCM), where he is a former member elected Board Director. He has a BEng in Production Engineering and Management from the University of Nottingham, and has also completed the London Business School Corporate Finance Programme along with executive education programmes at both Wharton Business School and Oxford Saïd Business School. Stefania Passera is a contract design and simplification expert based in Espoo, Finland. She runs her one-woman consultancy Passera Design, and is Contract Designer in Residence at World Commerce & Contracting. In these roles, she helps organizations transform their contracts and policies into user-friendly, effective tools that work better for business.

Stefania is an all-rounder, backing her design expertise with a solid academic background. She has served as Assistant Professor at the University of Vaasa, Department of Business Law, and has earned her doctoral degree from Aalto University School of Science. She has guest lectured at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University, Bucerius Center on the Legal Profession, KU Leuven, UC Louvain, European University Institute, ESADE Law School, and California Western School of Law.

Else Bright has 29 years of experience as Commercial and Contracts Management practitioner specialising in Defence and IT industries in acquisition, services and as-a-service contracting, most recently working for BAE Systems’ Aircraft Sustainment and Training line of business in Williamtown, NSW focusing on the Joint Strike Fighter Program. Else has been a member of WorldCC for many years, and a WorldCC Council Member in Australia representing Aerospace and Defence. Else commenced her role as Senior Director Member Engagement ANZ in April 2022.

Dominic is currently the Head of the Group IT Management Office at AIA which includes responsibility for Vendor Performance and Contract Management. He has over 25 years of experience from various Sourcing, Contract Management and Supplier Management roles mainly within the Financial Services sector.

Charlotte joined BAE Systems Australia in March 2016 and relocated from WA to Adelaide to take up the position of Head of Commercial & Procurement at the beginning of 2017. In this role she has taken a number of challenges head on including commercial support to strategic campaigns - JORN and Land 400 - and settlement of a major contract dispute with the Commonwealth on a Project of Concern. BAE Systems won the contract to build the Hunter Class Frigates in South Australia in 2018. Charlotte, as Commercial Director, supported mobilization of this complex, high value project. Three years in, her focus is bringing the first Batch of 3 ships into the Head Contract, a collaborative contract underpinned by Strategic Relationship principles.

Tanya brings over 20 years procurement experience, working and leading procurement and sustainability functions in the private and international development sectors. She was a contributor and expert practitioner of Sustainable Procurement – Guidance ISO 20400, a sector and industry roundtable representative of the Australian Federal Government consultation developing the Modern Slavery Act, the productivity commission assessment of National Supply Chain Vulnerabilities and Resilience and a United Nations One Planet Network sustainable procurement expert advisor.

Tanya is a member of the Australian Circular Economy (ACE) Hub procurement working group, the UN Asia Pacific Green Public Procurement Network, the UN Science-Policy-Business Forum for the Environment Governing Consortium, the secretary of the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness Climate Action Working Group and co-author of the global eye care sustainable practices guide, and the international steering committee for www.iso20400.org

Over the last two decades I’ve lived in seven countries around the globe helping organisations to strategise and curate shared learning experiences through events and multi-media campaigns. Relationship building and bringing people together is my passion, and I’ve been lucky enough to collaborate with a cross-section of industries from Financial Services to Energy, Transportation, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare. Today I live in Israel with two wild and wonderful daughters, two dysfunctional cats and a very supportive husband; human trafficking and neurodiversity are subjects close to my heart, and yoga is a central part of my everyday life. Having practiced information technology law for over 22 years, both in-house and within private practice, Paul has also held senior legal Law Firm positions at Baker & McKenzie and Pinsent Masons. This experience enables him to assist in developing technology and operations solutions for the legal and commercial needs of BriefBox customers quickly. Paul has taught law at several universities including LLM in IT. He holds a B.A/LLB, and a B.Com and is currently studying for his own LLM in IT.

Justin is a Director with ArcBlue and leads our business in South Australia and is our Public Sector Lead.
