Adrian Furner has over 25 years’ experience in the design, implementation, and delivery of complex commercial transactions through novel business models. He has worked in a variety of sectors including defence and security, aviation, technology and is Managing Director of Kommercialize.

Kommercialize is a practitioner-led organization focused on ‘Commercial Excellence’, supporting organizations in developing and leveraging their ‘commercial acumen’ to gain better business outcomes. This includes: raising their commercial awareness; designing and implementing innovation models; and deploying relational contracting to enhance business performance.

Prior to founding Kommercialize, Adrian held a number of Director level commercial, procurement, and operations roles within BAE Systems, giving him significant experience including: multi-billion £, long-term Private Finance Initiative (PFI) bids; joint venture creation and management; outsourced training management; portfolio management; asset financing; civil aircraft sale, leasing and broking; and fully financed naval ship reactivations.

Adrian is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), and a Fellow of the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM), where he is a former member elected Board Director. Adrian has contributed to a number of books on commercial and contract management and co-authored the recently published Professional Services Leadership Handbook (www.koganpage.com/pslh).

Craig is the Partner responsible for Deloitte’s Contracts Legal Management Consulting team and has been working in contracting, contract management and tech enablement for over 20 years. Craig’s team focuses on optimizing the end to end contracting and then post-signature contract and commercial management processes for companies. They do this with a focus on business outcomes, lowering the cost of contracting and increasing the speed and efficiency of each process. Additionally, the team has unique expertise in creating contracting Centers of Excellence hubs and deploying contract enablement technologies, having assisted with the selection, implementation and management of dozens of platforms for many clients globally. Craig is a qualified US lawyer who has practiced outsourcing and IT transactional law in New York and is on the board of directors for World Commerce & Contracting.

Fraser leads the digital transformation agenda within the managed supply chain across Upstream, Downstream, Integrated Gas, Projects and Technology in Shell. His team of 120 staff is accountable for digital transformation of the supply chain, technology, process design, AI, big data and digital.
Fraser has also been the driving force behind the development and implementation of a new operating model, known as Project Optimus

Keld Jensen is an international author, professor, speaker, advisor and expert in negotiations and trust. He has worked with leading global companies, governments and individuals as an advisor and trainer. These include SAB Miller, LEGO, the governments of Denmark, Great Britain, Lithuania and Canada, Rolls Royce, Siemens, Thermo-Fisher, Carlsberg, Vestas, and Novo Nordisk. The concept of SMARTnership negotiation has been awarded "best negotiation concept". Jensen has authored 24 books published in more than 37 countries. Jensen is an associate professor at Thunderbird School of Global Management (ASU) in the US, Aalborg University in Denmark, and BMI Institute in Belgium and Lithuania.

Barry also oversees the operation of the department's national distribution centre, fleet and engineering services. As a member of the Government Commercial Function’s leadership team, Barry is integral to the development of the public sector’s far-reaching procurement profession. He is also Chair of the Cabinet Office consulting triage board, member of the Infrastructure Projects Authority Steering Board and a Civil Service Reform Champion.

Through his work as a mentor and champion of women in procurement, Barry is able to leverage his position as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply to contribute to achieving greater equality. Barry is a qualified marketeer and as one of the pioneers of marketing procurement, helped establish the Commercial Purchasing Action Group at ISBA. Barry is also Chairman of the board at World Commerce and Contracts (formerly known as IACCM).

Simon is the Managing Director of Suppleye, a soon to be launched commercial intelligence platform, and in his spare time (!) he also oversees products and marketing Proxima, the procurement consultancy.

Paula Doyle, Chief Legal Innovation Officer, World Commerce & Contracting

Paula Doyle is Chief Legal Innovation Officer at World Commerce & Contracting. She works with organizations to build efficient contract frameworks, reimagine, and redesign their terms and conditions for greater ease of doing business, understand and work with the WorldCC contracting principles, and collaborate with technology for better outcomes.

Before World Commerce & Contracting, Paula headed up the European Cloud and Solutions legal team at IBM. Prior to joining IBM, she worked for leading New York law firm Weil Gotshal and ex Silicon Valley-based start-up Micromuse.

Paula is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Quintin Hogg Trust, a charity dedicated to the advancement of education. She has been working tirelessly for greater equality and has successfully lobbied the UK government to agree changes in the law to help vulnerable children access education.

Bernadette Bulacan is a frequent speaker regarding the digital transformation of global enterprises. As Vice President and Lead Global Evangelist for Icertis, the recognized leader in enterprise contract lifecycle management, she is charged with sharing contract management best practices with legal and contracting teams and evangelizing the use of innovative technologies like AI/ML and blockchain. Prior to Icertis, Bernadette was a co-founder and Assistant General Counsel of Serengeti Law, which created e-billing and matter management platform, Serengeti Tracker (acquired by Thomson Reuters.) She held leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and QuantAI, an intellectual property AI analytics start-up. Bernadette was recently named 2020 Women of LegalTech by the American Bar Association. Jamie Gannaway is the co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Deployed, a Project Success platform for large enterprises. Deployed’s product disrupts how procurement, legal and HR first engage and contract for services via Statements of Work via a guided scoping platform called ‘Work Author’.

Prior to launching Deployed, Jamie held senior roles in Financial Services and Financial Regulation, most recently as CTO of a private equity-backed challenger bank, technology COO at HSBC, Lloyds Banking and Barclays and Head of Technology Change at the Financial Conduct Authority.
