Sally supports the World Commerce and Contracting global team in the pursuit of both the recognition of and excellence in Commercial and Contract Management. She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations.

After gaining an Honors degree in Law, Sally spent her time in the house in the corporate sector, where she worked globally in the Telecomms and IT industries, before establishing her own legal and commercial consultancy in 2007. Sally is passionate about enabling business efficiency and growth through contracting and commercial excellence; she understands the need for robust business operations to drive these efficiencies, together with the requirement for effective communication and collaboration at all times. Sally has built a reputation for service excellence and responsiveness. Her focus is on the creation of positive and successful business relationships, constantly striving to ensure that businesses realize their true potential and value.

Liz is a senior Member of the Commercial & Contract Management Team for the Nuclear business within Babcock.

In her role she leads Commercial and Contract Management teams in deliver of strategic and transactional delivery Contracts, varying in complexity and value. Her key driver is to ensure excellent Customer relations whilst delivering and securing innovative and cost-effective commercial solutions that deliver real business benefits.

Solely focused on a commercial career within UK Defence companies for over thirty years she has devised and delivered a number of key strategic industrial change programmes delivering contracting solutions securing ongoing business in the UK. With an extensive range of skills, not only covering commercial and contract management she has also covered project management, tender and bid management, process mapping and risk management roles particularly focused on good governance.

My current role is Strategic Advisor to the Board of BASA Bank. Previously, I served as Finance Minister of Paraguay (the first female to do so), led the National Economic Team (the first female to do so) and established and presided over the Technical Tax Commission of Paraguay. I also led the Excellence Fund for Education of Paraguay and the National Financial Inclusion Strategy Commission. Prior to that, I served as Deputy Minister of Economy (the first female to do so). At the international level, I worked as Division Chief for the Institutions for Development Sector of the Interamerican-Development Bank (the first female to do so) and as an Economist in the Poverty and Macro-Fiscal Global Practices of the World Bank. I obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from Lehigh University where I also served as an adjunct faculty.
