Sally supports the World Commerce and Contracting global team in the pursuit of both the recognition of and excellence in Commercial and Contract Management. She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations.

After gaining an Honors degree in Law, Sally spent her time in the house in the corporate sector, where she worked globally in the Telecomms and IT industries, before establishing her own legal and commercial consultancy in 2007. Sally is passionate about enabling business efficiency and growth through contracting and commercial excellence; she understands the need for robust business operations to drive these efficiencies, together with the requirement for effective communication and collaboration at all times. Bernadette Bulacan is a frequent speaker regarding the digital transformation of global enterprises. As Vice President and Lead Global Evangelist for Icertis, the recognized leader in enterprise contract lifecycle management, she is charged with sharing contract management best practices with legal and contracting teams and evangelizing the use of innovative technologies like AI/ML and blockchain. Prior to Icertis, Bernadette was a co-founder and Assistant General Counsel of Serengeti Law, which created e-billing and matter management platform, Serengeti Tracker (acquired by Thomson Reuters.) She held leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and QuantAI, an intellectual property AI analytics start-up. Bernadette was recently named 2020 Women of LegalTech by the American Bar Association. Bernadette advised start-up technology companies at Graham & Dunn, a Seattle firm and Venture Law Group, a Silicon Valley firm. Bernadette received her undergraduate degree from Yale University and her law degree and LL.M from the University of Washington.

Pina is the Commercial Director for QinetiQ’s Air & Space business, which de-risks complex aerospace programmes by testing systems and equipment, evaluating the risks and assuring safety. Pina leads the Commercial and Contract Management functions across various domains ensuring QinetiQ’s customers receive innovative, cost-effective solutions to services that deliver tangible business benefits through the whole supply chain. Prior to this role, Pina worked for a large US Defence business in the UK, where she developed a team committed to excellence and an environment which made for the commercial contracts function to be an influential party through developing business models in the MRO sector.

Previously, Pina spent nine years in the Middle East where she led a multi-national IT contracts team serving the defence sector through extended localisation projects whilst developing an indigenous workforce.

Funkola Odeleye is co-founder at DIYlaw - a legal technology company committed to empowering entrepreneurs through the provision of accessible and affordable legal services and free legal and business resources.

She has a background in corporate-commercial law firm practice with years of in-house counsel experience in investment banking. Funkola’s experience cuts across corporate governance, capital markets, fundraising and investment advisory, compliance, process improvement and operations.

She is a Cartier Women’s Initiative 2020 Fellow, 2019 Obama Africa Leader, 2019 Sub-Saharan winner and Global Finalist of the Entrepreneurial Award of the British Council Study UK Alumni Award, 2019 Africa 35 under 35 Laureate and a 2015 Innovating Justice Fellow of The Hague Institute for the Innovation of Law (HiiL). Funkola was recently recognized as 1 of 5 business leaders whose work significantly impacts their countries’ economies by the Reykjavík Global Forum.
