New Zealand Member Meeting with a focus on networking and interactive discussion
October 06, 2021
Kia ora! We look forward to another engaging New Zealand Member Meeting. It will be online on Zoom.
Based on member feedback from previous meetings there has been a request to have more networking with peers and interactive discussion - longer breakout rooms! We have listened and have adjusted this meeting accordingly.
We will be running three breakout discussions on the following topics:
1. How's business? - “The world is firming up the roadmap for recovery from the Covid19 pandemic. For me, and my organization, business is going to be…?
2. 2021 Benchmark Report – "Where are the opportunities to increase the speed of our contracting, without introducing too much risk?"
3. Business Acumen benchmark and most negotiated terms - "The terms we most often negotiate are not the same as those that negotiators say are most important. A consequence of this is that contracts and negotiations are designed to deal with failure, not to facilitate success."
Interactive breakout discussions will be facilitated by our council members.
Prior to the meeting we will distribute the 2021 Benchmark Report for pre-reading and to facilitate the breakout room discussion. You can also register for the upcoming Benchmark report final release discussion by clicking here.
