Sally supports the World Commerce and Contracting global team in the pursuit of both the recognition of and excellence in Commercial and Contract Management. She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations. After gaining an Honors degree in Law, Sally spent her time in the house in the corporate sector, where she worked globally in the Telecomms and IT industries, before establishing her own legal and commercial consultancy in 2007. Sally is passionate about enabling business efficiency and growth through contracting and commercial excellence; she understands the need for robust business operations to drive these efficiencies, together with the requirement for effective communication and collaboration at all times.

Whether in contract development, negotiation, training or general communications, Sally has built a reputation for service excellence and responsiveness. Her focus is on the creation of positive and successful business relationships, constantly striving to ensure that businesses realize their true potential and value.

As Executive Director of Contract Management, Ned Coleman leads a global team of contract managers to leverage contract expertise and commercial acumen to manage contract risk, improve commercial health, grow profitability and help Accenture manage the contract lifecycle. Ned represents CM on the Legal Executive Committee (LEC) alongside Accenture’s General Counsel, Market General Counsels, and other Legal function leaders.

As part of his LEC role, Ned oversees the Global Legal Network, a team of around 1,200 professionals who deliver a comprehensive suite of Legal services to Accenture teams and clients around the world, focussed on delivering value and innovation.

Since February 2018, Ned has also led Accenture Commercial Services (ACS), which is a collaboration of Accenture’s financial, commercial and contract-related functions offering key services that enable client teams to manage, sell and deliver. ACS provides global contracting capabilities through Accenture International Limited (AIL), for which Ned serves as the managing director.

A unifying passion across these roles, is that corporate functions must collaborate more than ever with each other and the business to enable our sales and delivery executives to do what they do best and to drive commercial success for Accenture.

From 2013 to 2017, Ned was based in Singapore where he led CM and Transaction Contracting in Asia Pacific. Starting in 2015, this role evolved to include leading CM in the Middle East, Africa, Russia and Turkey.

From 2010 to 2013, Ned was a Commercial Director supporting our work in Financial Services in the United Kingdom.

Ned has a commercial management background, qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in Dublin and joined Accenture in 2007 as part of Contract Management.

Ned lives in Dublin, Ireland, with his wife Alison and three young boys. Outside of work, he enjoys road cycling (including biking to work almost every day), spending time with his family and getting up to Donegal on the Irish coast as often as possible.
