Our client is a major power & energy projects business with a global operation. They handle a vast portfolio of power, automation, renewable and clean energy projects for their international customers. 

They are now seeking to appoint an experienced commercial CM to their ASEAN team. This role will take a lead role on contractual affairs in Thailand and extending to projects in the wider region. 

Applicants must have a hands-on approach, extensive full-cycle CM experience within an MNC environment and a demonstrable ability to build effective business relationships. 

 

Essential:

  • Construction projects background
  • Claims, variation and cost control experience
  • 3+ years applied CM experience
  • Fluent English & Thai
  • Based on the ground with prior experience of local operations 

Desirable:

  • Energy, power & automation projects experience.
