Elevate is recruiting an experienced CLM Consultant with excellent CLM technology, operational strategy, data analytics, project management, and change management experience and skills. As a CLM Consultant at Elevate, you will help lead strategic customer engagements for Fortune 500 law departments. You will be customer facing from day one, working with industry leading customers to directly impact ROI and deliver transformational change. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Specifically, you will

  • Operate as a Contract Lifecycle Management subject matter expert.
  • Manage and deliver end-to-end implementations of Contract Lifecycle Management technology solutions.
  • Assess current state and define improvements for processes, content, people, and technology for legal and business departments.
  • Manage RFx vetting and selection.
  • Gather functional and technical requirement.
  • Design solutions for workflow, reports, integrations, and data migration.
  • Manage the development and testing of systems according to the design.
  • Manage communications and training programs.
  • Use your strong project planning, analytical, issue identification, and problem solving skills to identify and deliver strategic improvement opportunities related to all aspects of Contracting Process Management, including, but not limited to:
    • Contract Management
    • Contract Lifecycle Management
    • Contract Negotiation Management
    • Contract Obligation Management
    • Contract Compliance Management
    • Organizational Design
    • Processes, Protocols, and Workflows
    • Legal Technologies
    • Sourcing Technologies
    • CRM and related technologies
    • Training and Development
  • Responsible for leading the design team during design workshops and creating final Design Documentation used for customer acceptance.
  • Discuss and make decisions relating to scope with the customer (missed scope, new scope, change in original scope).
  • Responsible for the non-integration Technical Architect (TA) oversight through the implementation.
  • Works with the Project Manager to ensure accurate updates to schedules and detailed weekly status reports.
  • Ensure UAT processes map to Design Documentation and ability to redesign in real time when scope variances occur – specifically during UAT and post UAT.
  • Ability to develop training materials and give training classes on the implementation.
  • Ensure configuration exit criteria and actual deliverables map to Design Documentation from the design phase.
  • Work with senior client leadership, lawyers, support staff, and operational teams to bring transformational change and incremental improvements to their organizations.
  • Contribute your unique background and experience to Elevate’s group of thought leaders and project managers.
  • Own the day-to-day aspects of delivering world-class client service and responsiveness.
  • Support sales and help support the growth of Elevate's consulting practice.
  • Work as an ambassador for the company at all times and for change in the industry more broadly.

Experience

  • 6+ years’ experience with Contract Lifecycle Management technology implementation and process improvement for multiple CLM vendor offerings.
  • Q2C/CPQ implementation experience a plus.
  • Sourcing CLM implementation experience a plus.
  • Exposure to non-CLM implementation projects a plus.
  • Solid consulting experience cultivated in a consulting firm or other environment. substantially similar to consulting.
  • Have autonomously led project delivery and project teams, including managing P&L of engagements.
  • Experience with process re-engineering, alternative sourcing models, and technology enabled change.
  • Business case and ROI development.
  • Proposal and Statement of Work development experience a plus.
  • Have autonomously led complex projects/programs of work.
  • Managed a team of consultant or internal change professionals, ensuring high utilization, and successful customer outcomes.

Technical Skills

  • High level proficiencies with MS Office and project management tools, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Visio required.
  • Process mapping training and/or certification and/or hands on experience required.
  • Project management training and/or certification and/or hands on experience preferred.
  • Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management applications a strong plus.
  • Experience working with back office and front office applications a strong plus.
  • Experience working with legal department and/or law firm technologies a strong plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA or formal legal training, preferred but not required.
