2012 Top Terms in Negotiation released

IACCM has conducted an annual 'Top Negotiated Terms' survey over the past eleven years to determine what the most negotiated terms we use are - AKA the Top Ten (10) Negotiated Terms. Contracting and commercial capability continue to rise in importance on the Corporate agenda, with increased complexity and risk having a major impact on contract negotiations. IACCM's 11th annual Top Terms in Negotiation study reveals changes that are far more dramatic than at any time since the inception of the report.
